I had a mixed experience at Intercontinental Warszawa. While the location and really good amenities like the rooftop pool were highlights, I found several shortcomings in my apartment and service. The breakfast was plentiful but crowded, and despite the friendly staff, the overall execution fell short of expectations for a luxury hotel.

Rooms
6.0
I booked an apartment to check in early but regretted it. The apartment felt dated and was on a lower floor, lacking the hotel-like vibe I wanted. The weak shower pressure and an unstable temperature, along with a defective room safe, were disappointing.
Service
6.0
Though I appreciated the staff's friendliness, I faced long wait times during breakfast and at check-in. Issues with housekeeping and room amenities left me frustrated, especially after they took a while to resolve my concerns.
Location
8.0
The hotel's central location is a plus, conveniently near the Palace of Culture and Science and a large shopping complex, though it's a good 25-minute walk to Old Town.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast offered a great variety but the dining room was often crowded and noisy. Room service, however, was prompt and the food was delicious, especially the 24/7 option.
Facilities
9.0
The gym and spa facilities on the 43rd floor were impressive, featuring stunning city views and extensive equipment, though scheduling visits to the pool was required.

My stay at the Intercontinental Warszawa had its ups and downs. The spacious junior suite with stunning views was a highlight, but I faced significant issues with the room temperature and breakfast arrangements. The central air conditioning couldn't be adjusted to my comfort, and I was disappointed by the temporary breakfast setup. Overall, while there were some great aspects, the service and some facilities fell short of expectations. 😕

Rooms

The room was spacious with great views, but the temperature was uncomfortably high and couldn't be adjusted. This made my two-night stay quite unpleasant.
Service

While the main reception staff were friendly and helpful, I found the club staff less attentive and my requests often went unanswered for too long.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Central train station and other major attractions, making it very convenient.
Dining

Breakfast in the temporary location offered limited options compared to the usual club lounge. I was disappointed that the club lounge was closed for renovations without prior notice.
Facilities

The spa and gym were well-maintained, though the swimming pool was crowded during my visit. Room service food was of high quality.

I had a mixed experience at Intercontinental Warszawa. The stunning views and spacious, clean rooms were definite highlights (I loved the gigantic bathroom!). However, my check-in was disorganized, and the room service left much to be desired (the quality of the food was poor). Overall, while the hotel had many strong points, there are areas that need improvement.

Rooms

My room on the 27th floor was spacious and spotless, with a amazing view of the Palace of Culture and Science. The bathroom was particularly impressive.

Staff were friendly and communicative, but the check-in experience felt chaotic. Room service didn’t meet my expectations, which was disappointing.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from Warszawa Centralna and close to various restaurants and shops.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast in the lounge had a decent selection, but I found the quality of the room service to be lacking, which diminished my dining experience.
Facilities
8.0
The gym and spa facilities were well-maintained and modern, though the lounge hours for food and drinks felt a bit early and limited.

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Warszawa for business, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is perfect, close to the central train station and shopping areas. My room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the city. However, the check-in process was a bit rocky, as my room was not ready at the promised time, but the staff did their best to make up for it.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the views from my room were absolutely lovely, especially of the Palace of Culture, I encountered some issues like a leaking espresso machine and a missing hairdryer. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the check-in process felt a bit overwhelming. Overall, I experienced some great moments, but there were several areas that need attention.

Rooms

I stayed in a superior club room that was spacious and clean, offering stunning views. However, I faced some technical problems, like the espresso machine leaking and the in-room safe not functioning.
Service

The front desk staff could have been more welcoming. While some team members were attentive, I found that the general demeanor was a bit stiff and not as friendly as I remembered from previous stays.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a perfect location, near many attractions and easily accessible public transport. I loved how convenient it was to explore the city.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed breakfast, which was quite diverse and of high quality, but the common areas were crowded. The club lounge had a great atmosphere, especially in the evening.
Facilities

The pool area had a great view, but it was a bit chaotic during my visit with kids taking over the jacuzzi. I was looking forward to relaxing, but it didn’t quite work out as planned.
